We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Places for People. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new leads, building and maintaining the sales pipeline, and negotiating deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be target-driven, competitive, and a team player, with a drive to meet or exceed sales volumes, rates, and prices.

You will be responsible for securing buyers and tenants for our mixed tenure development, and we are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the high-end market and excellent administration skills.
