We are seeking a skilled Home Claims Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical claims team, you will provide expert advice and support to our home claims teams across the UK. With a strong understanding of insurance principles and policy coverage issues, you will be responsible for managing claim referrals and developing technical guidelines to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mid-high value domestic buildings claims or experience in handling similar complex claims
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge to advise on policy coverage, claims validation, and potential fraud
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and service providers, to resolve complex issues and complaints

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. You will also have a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
