Company Overview:

We are a rapidly growing SME within the Mechanical Services industry, recruiting an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team in West London. Our head office is based in West London, with contracts and projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties.

Job Description:

This role involves managing and delivering multiple installation projects with values exceeding £200K. The majority of these contracts are retrofit and refurbishment projects within Local Authority and Central Government.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering projects on time, to budget, and meeting quality and regulatory standards.
  • Managing project costs and phased payment terms, as well as variation order processes.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring they are eliminated at the first instance.
  • Managing client expectations and maintaining records of relevant meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in Mechanical discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Contracts Manager within the building services industry.
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualification SMSTS (required) and IOSH/NEBOSH (desired).
  • Experience in delivering projects as the Mechanical Contractor.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Commercial awareness and ability to adhere to programme timelines for revenue maximization.
  • Proven people management experience and competence.
  • Safety and Quality driven.
  • Possessing a passion for emerging technologies within the Energy Market and supporting Net Zero.
Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
