Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal LLP in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial employment law and be able to provide strategic advice to clients from a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert employment law advice to clients on matters such as strategic employment law, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, and complex grievances at senior level.
  • Assist clients with matters relating to discrimination, whistle blowing, executive & board room issues, and various grievances leading to high court litigation.
  • Work closely with clients in the M&A and outsourcing space, providing advice on employment law matters related to these areas.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of employment law experience in commercial practice.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working available.
