We are seeking a Payer Contracting Specialist to join our team at Cleveland Clinic London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts with UK private medical insurers and international payers, and working closely with the Head of Payer Contracting and Relationships to assess legal risks in the context of contractual provisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business, finance, or healthcare management, and significant experience in healthcare contract management, negotiations, pricing, and/or hospital administration within a hospital, health insurance, or consulting environment.

The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday, auto-enrolment pension scheme, private medical insurance, and life assurance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on medium to large size projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results. You will also have the chance to collaborate with consultants and other caregivers to optimise contract performance across the enterprise and across each clinical institute.

We are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills, strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and financial skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
