Your Move is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in New Cross. As a key member of our branch, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of daily office activities, including property viewings and negotiations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Support the development of the team's skills and performance, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
