Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Specialist to join our team in Birmingham, Leeds, Chester, London, Exeter, or Carlisle. As a key member of our National Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of group schemes to our corporate clients. This includes managing client relationships, coordinating scheme renewals, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
- Coordinate annual scheme renewals, including gathering compliance documents, preparing scheme information, and liaising with providers as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of written advice recommendations for new and existing schemes, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and presented.
- Process scheme leavers and joiners, maintaining up-to-date records and communicating with clients and providers accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including financial planners and regional teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure accurate and compliant advice delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within Financial Services, preferably with a focus on corporate services and products.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Detailed knowledge of group schemes, including pensions, protection, and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a close-knit team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
- 26 days' annual leave

- Income Protection: 75% of salary payable after 26 weeks of absence.
