Restaurant Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team at one of Scotland's most beautiful destinations. As a member of our hospitality team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, working closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to create memorable moments for every visitor. You'll be responsible for leading by example, motivating and organizing the team, and driving revenue growth through creative initiatives.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in food and beverage, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You'll also be a natural communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding performance. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary (£29,000 - £34,000 per annum), great benefits, including pension and discounts on leisure membership, food, and hotel stays.
