**About the Role**

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Peripatetic Nurse to lead our multi-disciplinary team and deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll be responsible for developing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident, ensuring their physical and mental well-being is paramount.

You'll have the autonomy to work independently, making informed decisions that prioritize patient-centered care. Your strong clinical knowledge, teaching skills, and ability to mentor colleagues will be invaluable assets in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care to residents
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance their skills and confidence

**Requirements:**

• Degree in Nursing (RGN/RMN)
• Current NMC registration
• Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
• Strong clinical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of regulatory frameworks
