Store Manager - Large Stores

Vertex Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our Large Stores team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, setting standards, and delivering key performance indicators (KRAs). You will be the key motivator, maintaining morale and creating an operation that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pricing strategy and keep costs low
  • Work alongside section managers to take turns on later shifts and pull together on busier days
  • Deal with management issues such as disciplinary and grievances in a professional manner
  • Manage rota planning and holidays

Requirements

  • 3+ years of operations experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work some weekends
  • Currently based in Northern England (preferably on patch)
