Job Overview

This temporary education support role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to work as part of a school team, supporting students and contributing to their educational growth.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the school staff, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons, preparing educational materials, and providing one-on-one support to students as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality educational content
  • Assist with the preparation of educational materials and resources
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs
  • Supervise students during activities and break times
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a school setting, preferably with children with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • First Aid certification
  • Additional training in special educational needs (SEN)
