We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Assistant to join our team at Protocol National Limited in the Nottingham area.
This role offers an estimated daily rate of £90-£100, including holiday pay, making it a competitive opportunity for experienced professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, experience working with children, and a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
As a Learning Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with SEN through individualized assistance and task adaptation
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Managing classroom behavior and providing emotional support to students
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' well-being and academic progress
