Main Purpose of the Role:

We are currently searching for a Generalist Banking/DCM Lawyer for a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the firm's leading clients within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, including BAU activities, to alleviate the workload of the existing Treasury team.

The role will involve supporting general treasury operations, providing advice on general DCM matters, managing internal treasury transactions, programme updates, and activities related to existing securitisations, and utilising your general banking expertise to contribute to various projects.

Key Objectives:

  • Provide expert advice on general DCM matters
  • Manage internal treasury transactions, programme updates, and activities related to existing securitisations
  • Contribute to various projects utilising your general banking expertise
