Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards, catering to a range of abilities.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Inspire and engage students through dynamic teaching methods and interactive activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, contributing to the school's English department.
- Foster a positive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a cohesive learning community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or a related field.
- Experience as an English Teacher in the school level, with a passion for the subject and a commitment to student success.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and differentiate teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration and commitment to continuous professional development.
