Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Motor Claims Support Advisor to join our Motor Fulfilment team in Birmingham, supporting external engineers and driving customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support external engineers by arranging vehicle inspections following motor claims.
  • Develop and lead your performance, aligning with Direct Line Group values and strategy.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, maximising resource efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on fairness and excellence.
  • Effective communication and organisation abilities.
  • A team-oriented mindset and adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Salary & Benefits:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 9% employer pension contribution, 22 days annual leave, and employee discounts.
