Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Residential Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life through a stimulating lifestyle program and framework that fosters meaningful occupation within our homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify the needs, preferences, and aspirations of individual residents through resident profiles, life history, Care Plans, observations, and face-to-face conversations with a person-centered ethos.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of residents and service delivery across the home.
  • Plan and coordinate a weekly program for the home, collaborating with care and other staff, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ensure plans and equipment are in place for staff to follow in your absence.
  • Incorporate all aspects of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework when planning programs.
  • Display and distribute weekly programs and notices, utilizing information technology equipment for producing schedules and posters.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A full driver's license is required.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
