Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our Manchester office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing corporate finance transactions, developing client relationships, and providing strategic advice on corporate finance matters.

Responsibilities

\
  • Manage complex corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout projects.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including valuation modelling, due diligence, and financial projection preparation.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate finance matters, such as business valuations, deal structuring, and capital raising.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, promoting their growth and development in corporate finance.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and financial models to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for new corporate finance work within existing and prospective clients, supporting business development activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A successful candidate should possess significant post-qualification experience in corporate finance or transaction services.
  • Previous experience in advising on M&A, valuations, or other corporate finance transactions.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial analysis and modelling.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and commercially-minded individual, focused on delivering results for clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in presenting financial reports.
