Job Title: Careers Adviser

We are seeking a skilled Careers Adviser to join our team at maze8 Solutions Ltd. This is a temporary position until Easter 2025, requiring 1 day of work per week.

Compensation is £20 per hour umbrella, with PAYE available. Immediate start available.

Candidates must have a DBS within the last 12 months or be on the update service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored careers information, advice, and guidance to meet the needs of young people, including vulnerable groups and those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Participate in reviews and contribute to education, health, and care plans as required.
  • Produce action plans and record information where appropriate.
  • Plan and deliver small/large group sessions/events on a range of careers-related topics.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.
  • Experience in a collaborative team setting, building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Experience in Careers Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) in any setting.

MUST HAVE AN IN-DATE DBS OR BE ON THE UPDATE SERVICE
