Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash collections, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments, while maintaining strict compliance with our credit policies. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial part in maintaining positive customer relationships, minimizing debt, and supporting the financial health of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash collections for domestic accounts, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments.
- Ensure strict compliance with our credit policies, maintaining consistency and fairness in all interactions.
- Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve credit control issues.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in credit control or accounts receivable, with a strong working knowledge of the collection process. They will possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrating clear communication- both written and verbal. A competitive salary of €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, including a defined pension contribution, healthcare allowance, staff discounts, hybrid work options, and health and wellbeing supports.
