Job Title: Asset Safety Officer

First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Asset Safety Officer to join their team in Inverness, Scotland. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to ensure the welfare and safety of all employees and subcontractor staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage the Business Risk Register to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement corporate campaigns and HSEQ systems tailored to local needs.
  • Identify trends in performance and define focus areas to drive improvement.
  • Liaise with the Training Department to ensure HSEQ issues are addressed through company training programs and materials.
  • Provide HSEQ support for new operations and projects, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of management systems, infrastructure, and training programs.
  • Liaise with clients on health, safety, and environmental policy matters.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
