Job Description
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders.
- Prepare meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating and hydration.
- Conduct regular checks on clients' homes, ensuring they remain safe and comfortable.
