Job Title: Assistant Nursery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries in St Davids Park. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating enriching experiences for our children, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care and education.

The Role:

As an Assistant Nursery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with regulatory standards.
  • Curriculum Development: Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.
  • Communication: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, keeping parents informed about their child's experiences and achievements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the overall program and ensure consistency in practice.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
