We're seeking a skilled Translation and Localisation Manager to lead the coordination and management of all translation requests from cross-functional teams. This role involves ensuring high-quality, localized content for our diverse markets.

About the Role
In this position, you will report to the Content Design Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, localized content. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing translation requests, collaborating with stakeholders, leading the translation and localization of content types, and managing a community of translators.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing or coordinating translation/localization (5+ years)* Strong understanding of translation processes, tools, and systems, including TMS* Excellent organizational and project management skills* Skilled communicator with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams* Experience in managing and developing a community or network of freelance translation contributors* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another European language is beneficial* Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
