Executive Business Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development executive to join our team at Q Underwriting in Chelmsford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing brokers, generating leads, and increasing product awareness.
Main Responsibilities:- Building a database of broker insight and identifying potential clients
- Generating leads and reactivating dormant accounts
- Maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular meetings and communication
- Understanding of the insurance industry (training provided)
- Excellent stakeholder management and rapport-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
