Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our thriving department at a Good Mixed School in Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach Psychology at KS3 & KS4, creating engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles
  2. Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring students meet their full potential
  3. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Psychology or a related subject, a formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE), and experience teaching Psychology in a secondary school setting.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is £28,000 - £42,000, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to ongoing professional development.
