Early Years Educator - Childcare Level 2 Role

The Aspire Training Team is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Educator in Oxford.

We are a private day nursery providing high-quality care and education to children aged 2 to 5 years. Our experienced team is committed to delivering excellent Ofsted-rated care and a supportive environment for our staff to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging activities and lesson plans for the children.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to the children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized nursery environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and education for our children.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with young children and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in childcare and education.
