Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Estimator - Fire Protection to join our team. As an Estimator - Fire Protection, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects, including tendering, cost management, and contractual documentation.

• Manage and control the commercial aspects of passive fire protection projects
• Work closely with the team to clarify scope of works, advise on cost control, and negotiate contracts
• Keep up to date with the latest legal requirements, regulations, and industry developments

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating or a related field
• Experience in the passive fire protection industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret contracts and analyze costs for each project
• Highly adaptable to new systems and possess superior IT skills, including Excel
