Job Summary

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled EUC Engineer to join our team. As an EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering world-class end-user services to our business, including regional operating companies, construction sites, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Services
    • Design and implement front-end equipment builds and security hardening solutions.
    • Select and validate hardware for user personas, ensuring optimal performance and security.
    • Manage all desktop applications, including O365 and associated applications, to ensure seamless user experience.
    • Oversee application and OS lifecycle management, ensuring timely updates and patches.
    • Implement patching solutions, including Intune, Autopilot, MDM, and OS Patching, to maintain a secure environment.
    • Develop and implement vulnerability management strategies to protect against potential threats.
    • Provide print services and support physical security and facilities platforms.
  • Emergency Response
    • Respond to critical incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EUC engineering, with a focus on IT infrastructure and end-user services.
  • Strong understanding of desktop applications, including O365 and associated applications.
  • Experience with application and OS lifecycle management, patching, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
