Requirements for Success
  • Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstration of passion and flair for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
  • An active hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Responsibility for managing kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety at all times.
  • Collaboration with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Proven planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls on GP and labour.
  • A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
