Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Garden Specialist to join our landscaping team at John Lewis Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our gardens to the highest standards of quality and beauty.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create bespoke garden designs that exceed their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing existing gardens, including pruning, planting, and other horticultural activities.
  • Designing and developing new garden concepts, including planting schemes and hard landscaping features.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Sourcing and purchasing materials and equipment as required.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on garden design and maintenance.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £37,000 per annum.
