Conveyancing Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing residential sales & purchases, handling remortgage transactions and equity release transactions, checking titles of freehold and leasehold properties, dealing with the transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer, developing client contacts in the local area, and cross-referring clients to other departments where appropriate. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of the local area, experience in handling residential property caseloads, and a proven track record in business development. You will need to be able to work within agreed deadlines, demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and presentation of work, and possess strong team-working skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + BHs, an annual bonus related to achievement of fee income targets, and a monthly holiday bonus scheme (extra days holiday for each monthly income target achieved).
