O'Neill & Brennan is seeking skilled steel fixers for immediate hire on the HS2 project at Banbury. As a steel fixer, you will be working on bridge structures for a leading civils and rail contractor. To ensure a smooth onboarding process, you will need to undergo induction, which includes a D&A test. Don't worry, we can arrange inductions and compensate you for your time. Your working hours will be from 07:30 to 17:30, with overtime paid at 1.33 times the standard rate for mid-week shifts and 1.5 times for weekend shifts. To be eligible for this role, you must have an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a skilled trade and be a skilled worker. We welcome gangs and do not require any digging experience.
