Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in running a successful branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities, developing the team, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and being the main point of contact in the absence of the Branch Manager
  • Generating and developing business opportunities from new, lapsed, and existing customers
  • Supporting the Branch Manager to enable the team to reach their full potential
