About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Legacy Projects to lead our legacy workstream. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all project objectives and client expectations are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee legacy projects to ensure successful delivery
  • Deal with client requests and act accordingly to resolve any issues
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of completed projects to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any project-related issues
  • Maintain detailed records of all project activities and communications
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on legacy project matters
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance and status to senior management

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Project Director, Construction Director or similar role in the construction or real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent understanding of the Building Safety Act, specifically related to cladding
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
