About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and reliable care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of each customer.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores.
  • Support customers with social and physical activities, such as shopping, hobbies, and outings.
  • Record and report all relevant customer information, including changes to their condition or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the Bluebird Care team to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Full and valid UK driving licence.
  • Access to a car.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent level of English.
What We Offer
  • An excellent rate of £12.00ph-£12.75.
  • 30p per mile mileage allowance.
  • 28 days holiday pro-rata.
  • Training induction and a 12-week mentoring programme.
  • Ongoing training and support with an annual bonus on completion of training.
  • £150.00 bonus upon completion of probationary period.
