Job Overview

The People Network is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a lead role in projects and deliveries, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run discovery and requirements workshops, taking ownership of process mapping, writing up user stories and process mapping
  • Solution design of requirements, translating business problems into solutions
  • Hands-on configuration and build, leveraging out-of-the-box configuration capabilities as well as overseeing and taking part in the design and build of custom solutions using Lightning, LWC, Aura and Integration
  • Liaising with stakeholders, producing status reports, managing risk and issues and managing project budgets

Requirements

  • Excellent Salesforce consulting skills with experience across the full project/delivery lifecycle
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage more junior team members
  • A can-do, proactive attitude and happy to wear different hats on different projects
  • Strong functional skills spanning requirements capture, analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Hands-on technical skills/understanding with Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components are desirable
  • A good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL is also desirable but not essential

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 to £75,000 (dependent upon experience) plus benefits including an annual bonus (paid quarterly), private medical, mobile phone allowance, up to 5% matched pension and 25 days holiday
