Maintenance Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Luton Bennett. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
