Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating maintenance schedules and activities to ensure minimal downtime
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions
  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans to guarantee optimal equipment performance
  • Providing guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A recognized qualification in maintenance or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
