We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analyst to join our marketing team at Uswitch. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing strategy and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the development of rigorous actionable insights that drive marketing strategy
- Work closely with the CMO to build a robust understanding of the impact of marketing activity on business metrics
- Lead marketing analytics and reporting for Uswitch, developing and optimising a future-proofed foundation that drives decisions across paid, earned and owned channels
- Be a driving force in the development of a single customer view, fuelling a central audience strategy that informs next best action models across all digital channels
- Present and explain complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in all areas of marketing analytics such as brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation and value, CRM and LTV. Knowledge of econometrics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to extract and clearly articulate the most meaningful information from data to a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent SQL and data manipulation / wrangling skills; Significance Testing, Multivariate Modelling, MMM, p-value, A/B testing
- Experience managing and developing other analysts
