About the Role

A Senior Legal Counsel position is available within our in-house legal team, reporting to the VP of Legal. As a key member of the team, you will provide sound, commercial legal solutions to internal stakeholders, including sales, procurement, and finance. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating SaaS/cloud, Master Service, supplier, and customer agreements, as well as supporting colleagues in tendering processes and data privacy compliance.

About You

We are seeking an in-house commercial lawyer with significant contracts experience, ideally with exposure to the IT sector. You will have qualified in E&W or another major common law jurisdiction and be able to demonstrate sustained exposure to negotiating relevant commercial agreements and working with demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
