Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer Specialist to join our team at Beeby Anderson Recruitment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Design Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance functionality, scalability, and security. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing software systems with development teams
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards
  • Identifying and fixing bugs, and optimizing system performance
  • Developing and implementing new features to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong software development skills, with experience in multiple programming languages. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Additionally, you should have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, experience with cloud-based software development and deployment, knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations, and experience with DevOps tools and practices are highly desirable.

What We Offer:
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
