About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Babcock International Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake the servicing, repair, maintenance, and overhaul of vehicles and electrical equipment.
  • Carry out diagnostic and inspection duties, as well as equipment examination to meet production requirements.
  • Ensure work is carried out to the required standard and specification, in accordance with customer requirements, current regulations, local instructions, process plans, and other technical publications.
  • Ensure stores and equipment issued to job are used for their correct purpose.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role is required.
  • Hydraulics experience is essential.
  • Dealership or local garage experience is preferred.
  • A real team player with the ability to adapt and build rapport.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Service and Repair is required.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
