Conveyancing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in South Shields. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Job Description:**
- Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating deadlines.
- Assist with the preparation of court documents and other legal papers.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, working to tight deadlines.
The salary for this role is estimated at around £28-£32 per hour, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. This rate reflects the high level of skill and expertise needed to perform the duties of a legal secretary in a busy conveyancing environment.
You will need to possess excellent administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You should also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure.
