About the Role:
AMJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Manager to join our team in Coventry City Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships within the Engineering sector, developing your own business plan, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and expand our client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry connections
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary up to £32,000 based on experience
• Amazing commission structure with opportunities for growth
• Flexible working hours (08:30am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday)
• Location: Coventry City Centre
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the Engineering sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving sales growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
