Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader Opportunity

Blom and Blom is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader to join our team at our independent children's day nursery in Worthing.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children throughout their Early Years stages, fostering a nurturing and engaging environment.
  • Plan, prepare, and evaluate daily activities to promote children's learning and development.
  • Conduct observations, provide next steps, and enhance children's development through targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with parents and carers to promote children's learning and development.

Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification, such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or a recognized equivalent.
  • A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Experience with observations and developmental reports procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
