About the Role


As a Solutions Consultant at myairops, you will play a key part in guiding our customers through the onboarding process. Working closely with multiple teams, including business development, engineering, product, and support, you will ensure a seamless customer journey from initial interest to successful live operation.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver product demonstrations to customers, conveying knowledge and functionality in a clear and credible way.
  • Take a leadership role in the customer onboarding process, acting as the trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert through the onboarding engagement, and into hypercare.
  • Work closely with business development to support the sales process, enabling customers to understand the scope of the product and the potential for tailored solutions.
  • Apply principles of system configuration, product knowledge, and customer requirements to deliver exceptional solutions.

Requirements



  • Ability to understand software product functionality and translate the application UI to the back end.
  • Experience working with a complex software platform, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Effective communicator, able to adapt to working with different stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Significant level of customer management experience, with the ability to take complex requirements and present back opportunities within the scope of the product.
  • Ability to work with integration or implementations of Cloud-based systems.
