About the Role:

The Digital Systems Trainer will play a key part in our organization's digital transformation journey, working closely with the Digital Transformation Team to implement and maintain our digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training strategies and materials for digital systems
  • Roll out training to all sites via face-to-face classroom sessions, individual coaching, remote video training, and post-training support
  • Act as subject matter expert on digital training and provide guidance on change management
  • Collaborate with implementation leads, operations, and the Learning and Development team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Travel across designated divisions/regions and participate in national travel as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering digital systems training from inception to implementation, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital projects across multiple sites
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong team player with a keen sense of customer satisfaction for internal stakeholders
