Air Conditioning Inspector

Bath College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Apprenticeship delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance in our Air Conditioning / Refrigeration provision.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in the Air Conditioning / Refrigeration industry or a significant background in a related sector (electrical, plumbing, or engineering). They will also possess excellent internal verification practice skills, with the ability to apply high-quality assessment techniques to our apprenticeship delivery and qualifications.

In this role, you will work closely with lecturers, assessors, trainers, and tutors to deliver programs to an excellent standard. Your key responsibilities will include undertaking Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities in line with the College's Quality Assurance Policy and procedures, as well as contributing to assessor performance reviews, observations, and determining referral rates.

The estimated salary for this position is £**£38,500-£45,000 per annum**, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles in the UK.
