Airport Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sodexo Group. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, as well as managing finances for the school's kitchen.

• Daily Food Production: Assist in preparing daily meals to the highest standard, ensuring that food is prepared with due care and attention to customers' special dietary requirements.
• Service Periods: Replenish food supplies to prevent service disruptions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Assist with the implementation of cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Catering Functions: Assist with the setup, presentation, and execution of catering events.

• Experience: Working experience with fresh produce and ingredients, with a strong background in culinary arts.
• Skills: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Certifications: Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates.

We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, 40 hours per week, with a flexible working pattern of 5 days out of 7.
