About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team in Warwickshire, UK. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and operational managers, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and business growth.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and relevance for key stakeholders.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with non-financial teams to understand their needs, provide financial support, and challenge assumptions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports, overseeing their day-to-day activities and fostering their professional development.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting systems, and overall business performance.
  • Provide detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial performance against budget, forecasts, and prior periods.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support key business initiatives and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong management accounting background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team, with a focus on coaching and leadership.
  • Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded with a passion for driving business performance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
